Indus Valley closing
Well, it's Friday and, as my study of the Indus Valley and the Harappan civilization is only a week long, today is my last day studying it. I did an abstract this week (also known as a precis) on the civilization. For crafts, I am working on a seal for myself. I have to wait for the plaster of Paris to dry before I can carve it. Also, I get to make a relief map of the area with salt dough. That I think is going to be fun. I am waiting for Dad's permission to use a piece of wood he has in the garage. Can't wait to get working on it. I may have to get some more salt first. I will have pics up in a bit.

I can't wait for you to start it, either. When are you going to do this project? When are you carving the plaster? You need to do more written projects instead of all the artsy crafty things. Colleges want to read what you think, see what you find in research, not look at all the trinkets. Please revisit these unfinished projects and add some dimension to your studies by doing some book reports and research papers!
